Didactic Manual for Students and Teachers for a Culture of Tsunami Prevention

The Regional Disaster Information Centre for Latin America and the Caribbean (CRID) supported the Regional Bureau for the Americas of the United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (UNISDR) in the execution of the systematisation of the tools developed or adopted for the DIPECHO Seventh Plan of Action projects and their corresponding publication on a new website.  Within the context of this initiative is the systematisation of the elaboration of the tool, Didactic Manual for Students and Teachers for a Culture of Tsunami Prevention in Ecuador, developed by UNESCO within the framework of its DIPECHO projects. This systematisation includes information and complementary resources associated with this tool, the process of elaboration and recommendations for reproducing this experience.
